Q: How do I track my order?

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us with our delivery partners tracking details if they’re available. You will also receive updates from our delivery partner throughout the delivery journey. If your order contains multiple items it may be sent from different locations in multiple parcels. If that happens, you’ll receive an email for each parcel when it’s ready for delivery.

Q: Only part of my order has been dispatched or delivered. Will I receive the additional goods I ordered?

Sometimes the items you’ve ordered are stored in different locations.

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we often dispatch the items separately. We’ll let you know via email whether there are any outstanding items that will be delivered separately or need to be collected at a later date. The rest of your order should be with you in no time.

If you want lower price, it depends the quantity of your order.

Q:  Can I return or exchange an item I bought online?

If your return is due to change of mind, you can return an item for a refund or exchange if it meets our returns conditions. Please have a read of “RETURN&EXCHANGE” policy.

To return or exchange an item, please make sure you have proof of purchase like a tax invoice.

Q: How do I return an item?

It’s free to return your item to us. The shipping fee for return is undertaken by the sender.

Q:  How long do I have to return an item?

The exchange or refund is sought within a reasonable period of time (in most cases a reasonable period of time is deemed to be 30 days).

Q:  If there is Some Problem Receiving the Delivery due to Customs?

There's usually no reason to worry because:

We provide all the necessary paperwork for your shipment;

In most countries it's pretty easy to import most kinds of consumer products;

The actual process of customs clearance is usually handled completely by the delivery company (e.g. UPS, FedEx, DHL);

If there is any duty (import tax) or other charges to pay, the courier will usually pay it first and deliver the products to you, and you pay the costs later.

We keep track of all our deliveries. In the event that an order is delayed in customs or experiencing other issues, please feel free to contact us and we will contact the shipping agent on your behalf.

Customs Liability

If, for any reason, the products cannot be delivered to you due to a Customs problem, we will discuss with you case by case about how best to handle the issue(s).

If goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is solely your responsibility. The situation in which you must accept liability is where your country requires you to have a licence to import commercial goods: in this case, it is your responsibility to know about this before you place an order on our site, and in the case of a failed delivery, we cannot offer any compensation.

As the importer you hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about imported goods delivered to yourself. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees, are your sole responsibility, as described in our terms and conditions. If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to Customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.
